Who would be crazy enough to go toe-to-toe against Square-Enix's biggest Japanese franchise, doing a monster-collecting game on the DS, no less? Only Nintendo and Square-Enix had any ads in the subways and TV at all. <a href="http://www.gamasutra.com/php-bin/news_index.php?story=12441" rel="nofollow">This week's</a> DS charts only has one Nintendo-published game in the top 5. It's like a weird round-robin where different territories take turns to let Nintendo make money.
